We understand that these are concerning times for all our customers, both on a personal and a professional level. We hope that it is of some reassurance that we do not foresee any significant risk to our ability to continue to support their environments through established support arrangements.
We have taken the precaution of asking all our employees to work from home in order to avoid any unnecessary travel and contact with others; however, we do have well established home working environments to ensure we remain fully responsive.
As family life is affected there may be an impact on productivity, but as earlier specified we do not see this causing any significant delays to our ongoing projects.
With regards to risks within our customer settings, we will be guided by their policies. Additionally, we will undertake a customer specific risk assessment if and where required.
